Requirements for becoming a subscriber:
You will need to send us your business/medical or pharmacy practice number, all your contact details and payment details.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE:

Step One

Fill in the form below in as much detail as possible - any omitted information may result in a delay in our administration process.

Step Two

Click on the submit button and the form will automatically be sent to us.

Step Three

Our subscription administrators will be contacting you in the next 24 hours to confirm all your details and method of payment, and notify you of any additional information that may be required. You will receive your access details for the Price list via email once payment is made

Step Four

Once you have received your access details you may hit the 'Access PriceFile^™' button and enter your user name and password. If you experience any problems during this process, you may email us for help by clicking here or going to the 'Feedback' section of this site. If a subscription Administrator does NOT contact you within 2 business days, please contact our offices on telephone:
