HELP PROTECT AGAINST FRAUD WITH MEDI-SECURE STATIONERY.
Pharmaceutical Printers and Publishers, a division of Alex White Holdings, has developed a range of security stationery which it believes will help protect doctors and pharmacists from possible legal implications from a large proportion of potential unscreened users and also help protect patients.
Known as Medi-Secure, the stationery has a uniform grey background pattern made up of tiny lines. This background can be used on any stationery required, but will be used initially on doctors' certificates and prescriptions.
The universally recognized medical symbol appears as a lighter grey colour in the centre of the product and the Medi-Secure logo in the bottom left corner.
Doctors' or pharmacy details appear as on normal stationery but printing in colour other than black is advised to make the original even more distinctive and reproduction more difficult.
Any attempt to photocopy or scan the product results in the uniform background appearing as the words Medi-Secure, or as a distorted pattern, is seen depending on the copying process used. The results are clearly distinguishable from the original.
Designed for mass use to ensure maximum protection for all concerned, this product is sold at very little more than standard stationery costs. It's exclusive to Pharmaceutical Printers and Publishers and registration of the trademark is in process.
